Our coaches are qualified through Auscycling pathways.
From State Team Coaches to Community Coaches we offer all-round support and inclusion.
We are committed to furthering our Coaches knowledge to give the best to you or your children whether it is Road, Track or other disciplines.

Ross Dyer
Head Coach
- WAIS coach (casual) – track
- AusCycling Australian Pathways Development Academy coach – road and track
- WA State team coach
- Qualified Advanced Coach
- Level 1 commissaire
Ross has been coaching cyclists for more than 14 years and is a qualified Advanced Coach for road and track. He is also a level 1 qualified Commissaire, which helps in coaching the rules and technical requirements with his cyclists.
Ross has coached the state team for the last four years and has accepted a casual coaching position with WAIS.
He has also accepted a Coaching role for the Australian Pathways Development Academy for road and track.

Ryan Death
Assistant Coach
Ryan Death is Auscycle accredited and runs one of our junior Ausbike centers. While training himself he also assists Ross at all of our training sessions.
Ryan is also part of the Dome Racing Team and you can watch him carving up the dirt at CX or MTB Trails.

Mal Matthews
Assistant Coach
Mal has been coaching for more than 15 years and is a Level 1 Auscycling coach and a qualified motorpacer.
Mal has been instrumental in the development of the club and supports Ross as Head Coach.
